We had Chris drop us at our Coach down by the stables as she left for work this morning and headed over to her other house at Crooked River Ranch. We wanted to pick up some more of our things out of the house, as the new renters were already moving in. Of course, we had to stop at our favorite eating place in Redmond, "The Mustard Seed" cafe, to enjoy a good breakfast and a really good cup of coffee, while en route.

By about noon we were ready to head over the mountain pass into the Willamette Valley. As you can see from the pictures, there was still plenty of snow roadside, and the packed snow from the overnight fall still hadn't melted yet. We met a couple of the State snow plows out doing their thing.

Our grandchildren in Stayton have been wanting us to stay at their place for a while, as we have not parked the Coach there for some time. By early afternoon we had the Coach set up next to their house, and then went in to enjoy a bite to eat with them.

Since we had missed Ryan's birthday while on the road, it was time to open some belated birthday presents with Grandma and Grandpa present.

One thing nice about the Coach is that where ever it is parked, is where home is, so I guess that this will officially close our trip to Arizona for 2008. When all the facts and figures get in I will post a wrap up page for those inquiring minds that just have to know

Red Lion Man (& Lady)
