Paul Bunyan Then and Now

In 1960 I worked as the voice of Paul Bunyan in Brainerd at the corner of hwys 371 and 210.  A few years back he was relocated to make room for road improvements.  I just found out that he is now about 7 miles east of Brainerd on hwy 18, so we ran out this morning to get some pictures.  The above is 1960 on the left, 1973 with our children in the center, and today on the right.

First & Last, 1961 & 2013

Dan Almquist and myself used to chum around together in the late 50's and early 60's.  There are several more of these taken at various times over the last 52 years.  Maybe I can find a few more and post.
